Move your idea
or business forward.

Have an idea to explore or a business problem that needs attention? Let's work through where technology, AI or automation could help, and what makes sense to do next.

Across three one hour sessions with a founder and technology strategist, we'll work through your options. That could mean shaping an idea, reducing repetitive work, making better use of existing tools or reviewing a software proposal.

Three one hour advisory sessions. $900 USD total.

What would you like to move forward?

You have an idea

You keep coming back to an idea but need to work out who it could help, whether someone might pay and where to start. If you haven't settled on an idea, we can start with your interests and experience.

You already run a business

Your team repeats work, copies information between tools or spends too much time chasing updates. Let's look at the process and where better tools, AI or automation could help.

You have a technology decision

You have a developer's proposal, a tool in mind or an AI project to consider. Before committing, let's work through what the business needs, what you already have and what can wait.

Why work
with me?

Founder & Technology Strategist

I've led a data center build and managed daily operations for hundreds of field technicians. I bring more than twenty years of experience to helping you think through the people, technology and processes your idea or business needs.

I'll listen, ask questions you may not have considered and tell you what I actually think. You'll work directly with me in all three sessions.

Understand the need. Compare the options. Choose the next move.

We use the three conversations to work through your idea or the part of your business you want to improve. The focus stays on the decision in front of you.

  1. First session: Get clear on the need.

For a new idea, we'll discuss who it could help, the problem it addresses and what you could offer. For an existing business, we'll look at how the work gets done, where it gets stuck and what you want to change.

Your takeaway: a working description of the idea or business problem and what you want to achieve.

  2. Second session: Compare the approaches.

We'll look at the people, process and technology involved. For a new offer, we'll discuss what people use now and whether they might pay. For an existing operation, we'll consider process changes, your current tools, new software and where AI or automation may fit.

Your takeaway: a practical starting approach, the main questions still to answer and what can wait.

  3. Third session: Choose your first move.

We'll decide what to try first, what you need to learn and what would justify continuing or changing direction. That might be a small test of an idea, a change to a workflow or a clearer requirement before paying for software.

Your takeaway: a first action and what you need to learn from it.

We develop these together during the calls.

How I approach
a decision.

A hypothetical example. A service business copies booking requests into a shared calendar. The owner is considering a custom app to reduce missed handoffs.

Find the actual problem.

I would first ask where requests get missed. Is the tool missing a feature, or is the next step unclear? A new app may carry the same problem into a different system.

Compare the whole job.

Ask an existing-tool provider and the proposed developer to demonstrate the same booking, change and cancellation. Include a conflicting time or incomplete request. Check who notices and what happens next.

Choose what the evidence supports.

If a process change or existing tool covers the need, delay the build. If an essential gap remains, define it and compare the full cost, support and data access before committing.

This fictional example shows my approach. It is not client work or a claim of results.

Why I started
AbsyTech

I studied in Taiz, a city in Yemen. If someone had told me back then that thirty years later my school and city would face bombing, while I would build a career at one of the world’s largest technology companies, I wouldn’t have believed them.

I’ve never really known how to answer the question, “Where do you see yourself five years from now?” Whenever I look back five years, I find I’ve achieved more than I thought I could at the time. I had dreams, but I didn’t know how far they could take me.

After finishing high school in Yemen, I left to continue my education and build a life. Since then, I’ve travelled to more than twenty countries and lived for at least a year in seven of them.

Along the way, I learned languages and experienced different cultures, perspectives and ways of thinking. Each place taught me something about people, opportunities and how to navigate the world. Those experiences shaped how I think and how I help others approach their own challenges.

I moved to America in 2015. Since then, I've built a career and a life with my wife and our six children. What I wanted most was stability and a good life for my family. When I reached that point, I was happy to slow down and enjoy my blessings.

Friends would sit with me and talk about an idea, a problem at work or a decision they were facing. They kept coming back. Sometimes we talked about hiring or how their businesses worked. Sometimes we explored technology or something they wanted to learn. Others thanked me because they understood something they hadn't understood before.

Outside work, I also cofounded two community organizations. I volunteer my time to help with fundraising, gatherings and the technology that keeps them running.

I created AbsyTech to share what I've learned and help people move their ideas forward. It also gives me another way to support families facing hardship in my hometown during this war, a responsibility that matters deeply to me.

I enjoy listening to ideas, asking questions and helping someone see how the pieces could fit together. Technology, AI and automation are subjects I love exploring and teaching. I also enjoy learning from the person sitting across from me.

You don't need a finished business plan to talk with me. If you have an idea you want to explore, I'd like to hear it. If you haven't found your idea yet, we can start with your interests and experience.

Questions before booking

Can the sessions help an existing business?

Yes. We can focus on a process that takes too much time, tools that don't work well together or a decision about AI, automation or new software. You can also bring an early idea, or start with your interests and experience.

Who will I speak with?

You'll speak with me directly in all three sessions.

What does $900 USD include?

Three separate one hour advisory calls focused on your idea or the part of your business you want to improve. You get my direct assessment, and we develop your next steps together during the calls. Any implementation would be a separate conversation and scope.

How do I book the three sessions?

Once payment is confirmed, choose and reserve your first one hour session online. The availability preview before payment does not hold a time. I check your booking and email your Google Meet invitation. We agree the dates for sessions two and three during the first call.

Can I put my thoughts together first?

Yes. Use the free project outline to gather your thoughts. You can review it and send it when you're ready.
